Due to lack of interest on everyones part the whole installer project has been closed. Theme Installer Builder has been quickly updated to not have the registration system, you can find this as version 1.20 on my low priority, unlimited bandwidth server on the downloads page. It's successor never got off the ground and will not be talked about.

If you are still interested in Theme Installer Builder you can grab the free version from the downloads page.

So, instead of trying to redo the interface for Theme Installer Builder. I've decided I want to start from scratch. It'll be a generic installer builder, will have unlimited files and each one can go to a custom location. It'll be greatly advanced over Theme Installer Builder.

It will need a new, creative, and catchy name...

Just wanted to let everyone know that Theme Installer Builder is now being rebuilt for Leopard, and I'm completely rebuilding the interface because it's quite bad for Version 1.x. Even better news for you is that Version 1.x keys are and will be still valid for 2.x due to the short lived lifespan of 1.x and the fact that there weren't many updates.
